Prosecco Competition Terms & Conditions

   

1. Organiser:  The competition is organised by Gravit-e Total E-Commerce ("Organiser"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility:  This competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, except employees of the Organiser or their families, affiliated companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Competition Period:  The competition begins at 00:01 GMT on 1st March 2024 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 31st March 2024 ("Competition Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter:  To enter, participants must solve a specified puzzle correctly, complete their details in the entry form, and share the puzzle. Only entries that fulfill all required steps will be considered for the draw.  One entry will be accepted per person.

5. Selection of Winner:  All participants who submit a correct and complete entry will be entered into a random draw. One winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

6. Prize:  The winner will receive a case of Prosecco, no specific brand specified.  Prize is for illustration purposes only. There is no cash alternative or substitution for the prize. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Notification:  The winner will be notified by email shortly after the Competition Period ends. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. Prize Delivery:  The Prize will be delivered to the winner by courier at no cost to the winner. The winner must be based in the United Kingdom.

9. Publicity:  By entering this competition, participants consent to the use of their name and image by the Organiser for publicity purposes and agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the Prize, including providing a photo with their Prize if requested.

10. Data Protection:  Personal data provided by participants will only be used for the purposes of administering this competition and for further communication if the participant has opted-in for a free website review. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Liability:  The Organiser cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any Prize. The Organiser is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network, lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions:  The Organiser reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Organiser's social media channels.

13. Governing Law:  These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
