Neal's Yard Remedies are a market leader in the organic health and beauty market, retailing products wholly manufactured using natural ingredients and packaged with the environment in mind. The company offers the UK's largest range of natural remedies, skin and body care products all designed tested and produced at their eco-headquarters and physic garden in Gillingham, Dorset.

Neal's Yard Remedies sell their products via their 39 stores, 190 stockists nationwide and through their website.

Challenge

Neal's Yard Remedies found the Content Management System (CMS) in their existing e-commerce site didn't provide them with enough scope for flexibility and change. The company was looking to promote an increased number of sales promotions through the website, with the ability to change the offers very quickly and their existing CMS could not cope with this process. Neal's Yard Remedies chose Gravit-e at the end of an exhaustive procurement process to provide a complete end-to-end solution, from design and SEO, through to integration and implementation.

The team at Gravit-e were tasked with creating a whole new modern look and feel for the Neal's Yard Remedies website, allowing for the direct promotion of key campaign messages whilst maintaining an easy to use e-commerce site that delivered outstanding sales conversions. Gravit-e provided the ideal solution to this, with an implementation that encompassed not only a B2C e-commerce arena, but also telesales functionality and a B2B portal. The site is fully integrated with Neal's Yard Remedies Sage back office system allowing for tighter control of the entire ordering and accounts process.
